Pursuant to an Order adopted by the Federal Communications Commission in April 2023, all holders of FCC international Section 214 authorizations must submit certain information regarding their foreign ownership by no later than January 22, 2024.  The FCC has established a website regarding the one-time information collection requirements, as well as an online form for submitting the required information.  The information collection is intended to update the foreign ownership data of approximately 7,000 international 214 holders so that the FCC can better assess threats from potential foreign adversaries to the evolving national security and law enforcement landscape.
